June 10-15, 2025 (5 nights Tuesday-Sunday) See ticket options below
Join us for Hurricane Helene & Milton relief in Tampa, FL! This trip will take place Tuesday through Sunday with 3 volunteer days Wednesday-Friday.
Volunteer Partner: SBP
Type of volunteer work: Post disaster home repair/debris cleanup - Given the stage of recovery from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, tasks will most likely be interior demolition work (mucking and gutting houses) and possibly repair work such as drywall and painting. Specific tasks and sites are determined closer to event date.
No experience is necessary and participants only perform tasks they are comfortable with. Our volunteer partner's trained staff will provide all necessary instruction, supervision, tools, materials and PPE. Expect to work hard, get dirty, be flexible, make an impact and have fun!
Group size: 13
Space is limited so get your ticket sooner rather than later. Smaller groups are what make FI Service Corps trips so special. In addition to impactful volunteer work, a core emphasis of our service trips is to facilitate connection and togetherness amongst our group and the community we are serving. Participants should expect to have ample opportunity to share downtime, interact with one another, play games, explore the local area and support local businesses.
Basic Itinerary:

Wednesday - Friday, June 11-13: Volunteering 9am - 4pm and evening activities such as group dinners, local attractions, ChooseFI Tampa meetup, games, etc
Saturday, June 14: Group activities to support local businesses. TBD closer to event.
